Sarah Aderson's HeadshotSarah Aderson, also known as the Leg-a-SHE Strategist, is an international speaker, co-author of the international best selling book, Motherhood Dreams & Success:  You Can Have It All!  She empowers entrepreneurs to charge what they’re worth, so they can leave a legacy for their family and the world.  Sarah shows you how to build an empire, not just business.  She accelerates business development by turning your services into products.  Clients gain renewed confidence, passive income, and successful marketing strategies that convert to sales.

On a mission to empower one million women to thrive, Sarah is leading the BE U Movement.  She wants women to know that they are not broken and don’t need to be fixed.  The BE U Movement helps women accept themselves fully.  It is designed to emphasize the need for women to love their strengths, weaknesses, and recognize themselves as multi-dimensional.

When her corporate position was eliminated, Sarah was a single mom of a 1-1/2 year old son. In that moment Sarah had to make a decision – would she look for another job or step out on faith and walk in her divine purpose? She knew that if she stayed in corporate America, a part of her would have died.

In this episode Sarah shares her transition into full-time entrepreneurship and the first steps she took in order to achieve her dream. Sarah talks about the process of rebuilding her confidence and learning how to “go with the flow”.

Sarah’s Take on Why Entrepreneurs Need to Create Products:

“You need to have a product. There’s no way that any of us can serve all the people we are meant to serve on a 1-on-1 basis.”

“Digital and physical products are necessary.”

“You need physical products to compliment your services.”

Sarah’s Take on How to Create Your First Product:

Get started with a digital product – an ebook or an ecourse – which will help to extend your reach and create passive income. Think of a problem that you solve and put it in your ebook or ecourse. It doesn’t have to be your signature program – simply start where you are.

Sarah’s Biggest Challenge While Pursuing Her Dream:

Learning how to go with the flow was her biggest challenge, but it was also a great lesson. Sarah learned not to take herself and life so seriously. Sarah has figured out that “once you know that the end is going to be great, you can make it through the not-so great days”.

How To Start Living Your Dream While Working Your Full-Time Job:

Sarah believes that you should start where you are and you don’t have to have it all figured out from A to Z. Even if you only have one thing figured out, that’s ok. Take the first step and the rest will be revealed to you as you keep moving along in your journey.

How to Stay Focused On Your Dream As A Busy Mom:

In order to stay focused during the early stages of building her empire, Sarah made herself the center of her universe. When Sarah started making her needs a top priority, she became more calm. When she made peace one of her objectives, that’s when she got it. Sarah used meditation to keep her centered. She encourages women to find the spiritual practice that is calming and will help them get centered.
