Michelle Lynne runs ML Interior’s Group, a full-service interior design firm out of Dallas,TX and also teaches other aspiring interior designers the business-side of design. Having worked in corporate America prior to starting her business, Michelle realized that she didn’t want to be relegated to a cubicle for the rest of her life. Michelle walks us through starting her business back in 2008 during the worst economic crisis our country had ever seen since the Great Depression, all while planning to get married and buying a house to now having a 7-figure business.
During our conversation, Michelle talks about:
- Tips on starting a business through the Coronavirus
- How to make your Home your Haven
- Tips for Moms who have small children and run a business
- Why it’s important to know your voice and to be yourself in business
- How there’s never a perfect age to do anything, except for when you do it
Parting words of wisdom: If you got to the end of your life and you were able to meet the person you could have become, what would you regret not doing?
If you think you’re too old, or you think you’re too young, or if you don’t think you have what it takes, don’t have what it takes, you do. Do it! Don’t find those regrets.
